Mutation - Patagia
Perhaps an old remnant of a gene, this mutation causes feathers turn into skin, and gives common kukuris an extra skin flaps, resembling a flying squirrel's limbs. The skin follows same coloring rules and marking ranges as the feathers, and allows Eidos to be displayed on common kukuris.
When editing patagia and wishing to remove it, at least one point must have 50% of the skin flap left as proof that the kukuri has the mutation.

Mutation - Spikes
This mutation creates hard keratin spikes on kukuri's spine, giving them a defensive and offensive boost in combat. As such, the kuku with this mutation inherits +2 DEF from the start. The spikes follow same coloring rules as ears and horns - they're technically free, but they follow normal marking coloration limits and mimic the markings on the body.
Spikes with Scaled mutation
With Scroll of Modification, after the design approval, the kukuri's spikes can be converted into extra spiky scales across the body. The spikes don't need to grow from the spine and can be moved around with the scales.

Mutation - Overgrowth
Sometimes the kukuri is born with genetic fault that makes their horns grow too much or deviating from the normal. These horns are viewed often weirdly and since their pattern is often random, they're not best suited for fighting.
As a result their mates may shun them and refuse to breed with them, and they can't create nests bigger than two, no matter the potions used. However, Safe nest potion can guarantee overgrowth kukuri to have two eggs without chance of shunning from mate.
Bonded mates will not shun each other even if an overgrowth kukuri is present in the bond!
Hornless mutation overrides Overgrowth mutation in breeding.

Mutation - Chromatic
Chromatic is a mutation affecting both eyes and mouth. It overrides original eye and mouth colors, allowing you to use any single color of your choice on the kukuri, regardless of what color parents have.
For example, if your parents have yellow and red as eye color but the pup has Chromatic mutation, you can make the kukuri's eyes blue, mulberry, brown, green, white, grey etc...
Same with the mouth, you can freely choose any color outside the parents' mouth colors and the free common mouth colors.
• The chosen color will be inheritable.
• The eyes and mouth don't have to be the same color, but they can if you want.
